CHRIS PIERCE 'Tulsa Town' – Live on The Stitchin' Horse
On an icy Sunday morning at the end of a weather challenged tour this past winter, my pal Mike Elias invited me to stop by his glorious shop in Portland, Oregon called Ship John to have strong cup of coffee and a seat on the Stitchin’ Horse to testify in the the healing power of music. I gladly obliged. What transpired were some raw and honest off the cut versions of some songs that I’m eternally motivated to sing loudly, far, and wide. Testifying and storytelling through song to promote empathy, freedom, and understanding. I was compelled to share this version of ‘Tulsa Town’ then and now, with you.
